Japanese police/detective drama?

I once watched a few eps of an airing drama about an elite officer who
gets transferred to a basement section because he was though to have
shot another officer during a mission. The new division consists of an
old guy and a bookworm girl. They investigate a case and the criminal
happens to a be a guy who can throw the murder knife up to the ceiling
in the hotel reception hall and appears to have superhuman reflexes.
In the end he was killed by his own comrade, a white hair kid,who
seemed to be moving through time.

ANYONE KNOWS THIS DRAMA???
